1. What McUptime Does

McUptime monitors Minecraft servers (Java and Bedrock editions). We track uptime, player counts, ping times, and send Discord alerts when things change. That's it—we're only for Minecraft server monitoring.

2. Your Account & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your password secure
• Provide accurate information
• Take responsibility for everything done on your account
• Tell us immediately if someone unauthorized accesses your account

3. What You Can't Do

You also can't:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Harass or threaten others
• Try to hack or break into our systems
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Send spam
• Steal our content or code

4. Pro Plan & Payments

Pro Plan purchases work like this:

• You pay through PayPal (arranged via Discord)
• We manually upgrade your account
• You have 7 days to request a refund
• After 7 days, all sales are final—no exceptions

5. Service Availability

We try our best to keep McUptime running 24/7, but sometimes things happen—maintenance, outages, or issues with services we depend on (like Supabase or Discord). We're not responsible for missed alerts, downtime, or data loss from these events.

6. No Warranties (Use at Your Own Risk)

McUptime is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We don't promise it will be perfect, always available, or error-free. We're not responsible for any damages from using (or not being able to use) the service—even if we knew problems could happen.

7. We Own Our Stuff

Everything on McUptime—the code, design, logos, graphics—belongs to us. You can't copy, download, redistribute, or use it without permission. You're only allowed to use the service as intended.

8. Account Termination

We can suspend or permanently ban your account if you violate these terms. When your account is terminated, you lose access to everything—all your monitoring data and settings are gone.

9. We Can Change These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. By continuing to use McUptime, you agree to any changes. Check this page occasionally to stay informed.

10. Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will be handled in Estonian courts. You agree to defend us against any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
